Since childhood, Ali Swidler has been redecorating and re-organizing her friends’ living spaces. It was not long before she turned this obsession into a career that led her to appearances on Good Morning America, Open House New York, and NY1’s Complete Home Design Concepts and Renovations. After graduating from Tulane University and spending four years in culturally-rich New Orleans, she started her career in the design industry as the showroom designer for a natural stone fabricator. Since 2006, as a kitchen and bath designer for an NYC-based full service design firm, Ali has transformed dozens of kitchens and bathrooms, as well as full home renovations from start to finish, to the utmost satisfaction of her clients.
A Graduate of Parsons, the New School for Design, Ali spends her time designing and creating exciting living spaces for her clients while personally managing all aspects of the process including permits, purchasing, installation, and workmanship.
Her world travels throughout South-East Asia, South America, Europe and the Middle East, have exposed her to design concepts and aesthetics that help her meet the needs of even the most demanding and creative clients while passing along her designer’s discount to keep her clients’ dreams within reach of their budgets.
From design to done, Ali makes it happen and it’s her pleasure to do so. Her enthusiasm for her work and the satisfaction of her clients brings together the creativity and cost consciousness that makes everyone happy.
